Andrew's First Document
Jun. 12th, 2010 10:51 amAndrew turned seven on June 7th. Supposedly, he is now at the age of reason (though mostly I doubt that). He has also made an old laptop computer of ours his computer, for his exclusive use, so we bought him a nice desk for his birthday so that he can have his own work station.
He actually typed a document, and then he called for his father to come and see. It had no errors in it (he's already ahead of his father then, ha ha). Here's what it read:
"We should have our rights."
Now. Truly an imponderable mystery. Who is "we"? He and his sister, since I'm the despot who curbs their rights? The citizens of the United States? Animals? And what kind of rights does he want that aren't already covered in the Bill of Rights?
I need to cross-question him about this, just in case he's starting to plan some sort of military coup or perhaps a revolution.
