Sep. 25th, 2008 08:23 pmThe link below shows a lead curse table recently excavated from the newly discovered Isis temple in Mainz. It is wrapped around an animal bone like an ordinary scroll around a spindle. I'll have to look into the literature on this as soon as possible.
